By accessing Sinkology.com or purchasing products through our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders

Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed Friday will typically ship the following Monday.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Shipping

Standard Ground Shipping: Free within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable via direct purchase from Sinkology.

Delivery Times: Estimates may be provided at checkout but not guaranteed. Sinkology is not responsible for carrier delays.
- Shipment Tracking: Tracking information may be provided via email once orders have been processed.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy

Standard, non-custom item returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Please inspect all deliveries promptly.
Damaged Product

Inspect all shipments upon arrival.
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide photos of any damaged or defective items.

Sinkology Customer Service will help initiate a replacement or repair.
Warranty

All Sinkology products are covered by our Everyday Promise® Lifetime Warranty.

Installation costs

Damage from abnormal wear and tear, misuse, or post-installation incidents

Non-Sinkology brand products

Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability

Sinkology is not liable for damages or expenses related to installation, labor, or incidental costs.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied as required by state law based on shipping address.

Tax amounts at checkout are estimates; final charges are confirmed at order processing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
